What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator II position at Piramal Pharma Solutions?
The Manufacturing Operator II would operate, clean, disassemble, and reassemble granulation equipment such as low and high shear mixers, mills, and fluid bed dryers in accordance with applicable cGMPs and SOPs. In this role, the incumbent would rotate to other Manufacturing or Packaging departments as determined by the needs of the business. This is a safety sensitive position.
This is a 3rd shift position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Proficiently operate, disassemble, assemble and clean equipment.
2. Complete the Skills Inventory in other department.
3. Operate, disassemble, assemble and clean equipment in other department proficiently.
4. Uses computer to read, review and train on SOPs.
5. Participate in work scheduling. Handle computer transactions/ metrics for department.
6. Builds productive, trusting, respectful relationships at all levels in the organization and must consistently act as a team player.
7. Works independently with minimal supervision or in a group setting.
8. Follows Piramal Pharma Solutions Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
9. Performs other duties as assigned or as business needs require.
