Job Description
The Director of Brand Marketing will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Pique’s brand marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for building and scaling a cohesive brand identity across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring that Pique’s refined aesthetic, luxury positioning and wellness lifestyle remain at the forefront of every campaign.
You will lead social media, editorial, community and cross-functional marketing initiatives to build a passionate following centered around an emotive brand, resonant content and an aspirational lifestyle. This leadership role requires a balance of visionary brand strategy, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to bring the founder’s brand vision to life.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own Pique's brand identity and positioning. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all channels.
- Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, affinity, and the cultivation and growth of a passionate following.
- Partner closely with the founder to ensure storytelling reflects brand vision and values.
- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency across creative, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Drive full-funnel campaign development—from strategy and ideation through execution and measurement.
- Lead social, editorial and community teams and collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to produce impactful multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead brand influencer partnerships from strategy to execution.
- Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and brand objectives into compelling brand narrative.
- Own marketing and product briefs, partnering with Art Director and Editorial Director for creative and content alignment across all channels.
- Own brand budget allocation and forecast. Manage agencies and production partners to excellence, deadlines, and ROI targets.
- Establish KPIs to measure brand performance and campaign effectiveness. Continuously optimize based on insights and results.
- Lead events and activations to build brand awareness and community.
Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing brand marketing team.
- Lead cross-functional campaigns, aligning with performance marketing teams, to coordinate launches, promotions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and build strong relationships with brand marketing KOLs and creative collaborators.
- Act as the brand’s cultural ambassador internally and externally, ensuring alignment at every level.
Qualifications / Experience
- 8–10 years of brand marketing experience in DTC, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Strong expertise making data-driven decisions and measuring brand performance and campaign impact.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy, and creative development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong passion for health and wellness
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Asana etc).
