As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our motorcycle sales department. You’ll be responsible for coaching and leading a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving monthly and annual sales goals, and ensuring every customer who walks through our doors feels part of the Harley-Davidson family.
Compensation & Benefits
The Sales Manager position is a full-time position with on-target earnings of $65,000-$120,000 per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales goals
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales staff
- Create and implement sales strategies that drive business growth
- Foster an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Manage inventory, showroom displays, and dealership merchandising
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to streamline the customer journey
- Develop marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare sales reports for upper management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, or related industries
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- High energy, passion for motorcycles, and deep knowledge of the Harley-Davidson brand
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid motorcycle endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain)
