Compensation & Benefits
The Parts & Accessories Sales Associate role is a full-time position with on-target earnings of $31,000-$45,000 per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and apparel.
- Provide expert knowledge on parts compatibility and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management, including ordering and restocking.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using dealership systems.
- Work collaboratively with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for service repairs.
- Keep up-to-date with Harley-Davidson products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department for easy navigation and accessibility.
- Deliver excellent customer service by building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Passionate knowledge of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle brand
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
