Pipster Prep Preschool is looking for a patient and compassionate Assistant Teacher with experience working with children ages 2 to 5. The Assistant Teacher will help lead developmentally appropriate activities that encourage healthy physical, social, and emotional development for students. Responsibilities:
• Assist Head Teachers with age-appropriate lessons
• Foster a classroom environment of safety and respect
• Perform daily cleaning routines to keep facilities sanitary and safe
• Prepare and help serve snacks and meals throughout the day
• Keep parents and families updated on their student's daily activities and progress
• Monitor outside playtime so students are having fun and staying safe
Requirements:
• Reliable, professional, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and a love of children
• Enrollment in the Central Background Registry
• CPR and First Aid Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 years of experience working in Child Development or a related field
• Coursework in education or related field
