What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, prep, and presentation.
- Collaborate on seasonal menus and creative specials that reflect local ingredients and our garden-first philosophy.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, setting the tone for teamwork, professionalism, and positivity.
- Partner with the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold kitchen efficiency, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong culinary foundation and passion for seasonal, locally inspired cuisine.
- Prior kitchen leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a calm, team-first attitude.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Toast POS, and Tripleseat is a plus.
- Flexibility, reliability, and physical stamina (able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet).
