We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Account Executive to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives for a diverse group of clients. What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll support client teams by coordinating projects, strengthening communication, and helping ensure work is delivered on time and with excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating client projects from start to finish, including:
- Assisting with creative briefs
- Developing accurate estimates and timelines
- Supporting project kickoffs
- Coordinating client calls and internal meetings
- Maintaining budgets and status reports
- Supporting client media efforts by:
- Managing workflow for media placements
- Coordinating content and creative delivery to publishers
- Reviewing proofs and coordinating revisions as needed
- Ensuring clear, concise communication across internal teams and client partners
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with a variety of client contacts
- Staying attuned to marketing trends and best practices
- Supporting agency marketing and new business initiatives
- Assisting with client billing and day-to-day administrative needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, and/or project management
- Advertising or agency experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- Interest in growing within an agency environment

Work Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Hybrid role: 3 days onsite per week
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15214
