Supply Chain Analyst

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management, demand forecasting, and product availability across our global operations. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update planning tools for finished goods, reordering, and scheduling.
• Communicate out-of-stock items and recovery timelines to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze sales demand and identify inventory requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Manage demand planning for new and existing items, monitoring unit and timing needs.
• Conduct inventory analyses to identify slow-moving items, calculate turns, and recommend actions to balance stock levels across locations.
• Recommend product transfers between warehouses to ensure product availability in the right place at the right time.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and delivery schedules.
• Support the Director of Supply Chain Operations on daily activities and special projects.
• Partner with sales, operations, and production to improve forecasting accuracy and shipment planning.
• Coordinate with plant schedulers to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for management and sales teams

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in supply chain, inventory management, forecasting, or logistics, ideally in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, MIS, or a related field preferred.
