- Support hardware and software for internal end users
- Setup new computers, tablets, and mobile devices via imaging or manual method
- Troubleshoot printers and other peripherals
- Work with a corporate ticketing system for issue resolution and escalation
- Provide hardware and software support to all Long Island locations and remote associates
- Develop, configure, and deploy enterprise desktop and laptop images
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 11, Apple macOS, Microsoft Office, and other authorized applications
- Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment
- Work on special projects as required
- Additional duties as assigned
- A minimum of 2-3 years prior work experience (college education may be substituted if applicable)
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure (Entra), and O365
- Ability to determine what is a client or server issue and follow proper escalation steps
- Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Key emphasis on customer service skills, proper phone and email etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask for help when necessary
- Positive and proactive attitude
- The ability to move equipment that weighs up to 50 lbs. is required as well as the ability to bend/kneel frequently while working with equipment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Qualifying experience will also be considered
