The ideal candidate will help manage and execute our affiliate events across TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring smooth operations, strong engagement, and seamless communication with affiliates.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support affiliate events and campaigns across social platforms, with a focus on TikTok Lives and interactive activations.
- Manage and moderate community channels (Discord, TikTok, etc.), ensuring affiliates are engaged, supported, and informed.
- Assist in planning and executing affiliate mailings, announcements, and event communications.
- Work behind the scenes during live events to manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align event execution with brand strategy and goals.
- Track participation and budget for affiliate events, reporting results and recommending improvements.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, affiliate marketing strategies, and competitor activities to keep events fresh and relevant.
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, event coordination, or social media community management.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, Discord, and other social engagement platforms.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience running TikTok Lives or other live streaming platforms.
- Background in affiliate or influencer program management.
- Familiarity with basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to assist with event assets and affiliate communications.
