Partner with users and engineering to discover problems, write clear PRDs, and ship outcomes for Pipevia’s data platform.

About The Role

You will support the PM team end‑to‑end: from discovery and scoping to measuring impact. You’ll learn how modern B2B data products turn customer needs into shipped value.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run user interviews; synthesize insights into JTBD and problem statements
• Write clear PRDs with goals, non‑goals, success metrics and UX flows
• Partner with design/eng to scope MVP, manage backlog and acceptance criteria
• Define experiment plans and measure impact with basic analytics and dashboards
• Communicate releases via changelogs, short demos and crisp internal docs
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent written communication and structured problem solving
• Comfort discussing technical concepts with engineers and users
• Data‑driven mindset; can analyze simple funnels/tables (SQL/Sheets acceptable)
• Organization: keeps specs, decisions and timelines tidy
  
  

Nice to have

• Prior PM/UX internship or course projects
• Familiarity with analytics tools or basic SQL
• Understanding of data stacks (warehouses, ETL, dbt)
