📊 What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial insights that help farm managers make data-driven decisions — while improving systems and processes across the company.
Your impact will include:
- Preparing and analyzing financial and statistical reports to guide business decisions
- Reviewing and enhancing accounting procedures for greater accuracy and efficiency
- Serving as an internal expert on financial software and supporting operational users
- Performing and resolving complex GL and submodule reconciliations
- Assisting in preparing financial statements, cash flow analyses, and reporting packages
- Creating and managing database queries and custom financial reports
- Analyzing cost allocations and recommending process improvements
- Tracking and reporting all debt-related transactions
🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of accounting or finance experience involving financial statements and complex transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Agricultural accounting experience — or a strong interest in the ag industry — is a plus
