Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with a passion for U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and high-quality financial reporting? We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead our consolidated reporting process and support technical accounting across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead monthly, quarterly & annual consolidations
Prepare accurate, high-quality financial statements
Serve as a technical accounting expert
Administer our incentive compensation plan
Partner with leaders across Finance, HR & Operations
Support external audits and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise
Advanced Excel ERP/reporting system experience
Public accounting and multi-entity consolidation experience a plus
Location: Brandon, SD or Pipestone, MN / Hybrid
Reports to: VP of Finance
