Now Hiring: Feed Mill Operator / Feed Mill Driver (Full-Time)

PIPESTONE is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Feed Mill Operator/Driver to join our team! If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a strong ag-focused team, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety
- Safely operate a tandem axle feed truck or semi with trailer
- Maintain DOT-compliant electronic logs
- Keep accurate delivery and billing records
- Grind and manufacture complete feed
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and ingredients
- Refill micro ingredients and operate a forklift as needed
What We’re Looking For
Education
- High school diploma required
- 2-year degree preferred
Experience
- 2 years in agriculture or heavy equipment (preferred, not required)
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- CDL required
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Work in a feed mill and outdoors in all seasons
- Regular standing/walking (8–10 hours/day)
- Frequent lifting (3–20 lbs), occasional lifting up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
- Exposure to weather, noise (hearing protection required in some areas)
