We’re looking for a talented Ventilation & Filtration Specialist to help lead the daily, monthly, and annual execution of ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing both negative and positive pressure filtration systems—critical components in sow farm biosecurity.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a central contributor in ensuring our ventilation and filtration systems operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction
- Overseeing filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation
- Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements
- Leading filtration audits for filtered sow farms
- Training and supporting on‑farm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks
- Helping advance our overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis
