Pipestone is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support maintenance operations across our facilities. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating repairs, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and inspect maintenance, repairs, and contracted work
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all locations
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and employee development
- Drive cost‑effective maintenance solutions and purchasing decisions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Agricultural experience preferred
- Construction management or related degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR report
