What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage and perform maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
✔ Oversee preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
✔ Ensure safety and biosecurity compliance
✔ Plan and schedule maintenance activities
✔ Promote proper use of company assets
What We’re Looking For:
✅ B.S. in Ag or Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
✅ 2 years in production, operations, or maintenance
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
✅ Must qualify to drive a company vehicle
