Position Overview
Help to support our team with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication. You’ll work across multiple systems to ensure accuracy in pricing, reporting, and contract execution—all while contributing to a growth-driven team.
What you’ll do
- Track and manage contracts
- Maintain daily position reports & provide daily updates
- Verify AP invoices and resolve pricing discrepancies
- Manage customer invoicing
- Coordinate logistics
- Monitor Pipestone Lab results and submit claims
What you’ll have
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with reporting tools.
- Prior experience in commodities, merchandising, or accounting support is a plus.

- Office located in Independence, IA or Hopkinton, IA
