Production Worker

What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely
- Assemble, package, and inspect products for quality
- Drive and operate a forklift as needed
- Multitask and handle multiple production duties throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to rotate shifts (day, evening, and night)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanically inclined is a plus, but not necessary
- No experience required — we will train the right candidate
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Overtime opportunities available
- Hiring for all shifts: day, evening, and night
- Shift rotation is required

Retention Bonus
We offer a $2,000 retention bonus to eligible employees who complete 12 months (one year) of continuous employment with the company. To qualify, employees must remain actively employed and in good standing for the full 12-month period. Bonus is paid after completion of the eligibility period and is subject to applicable taxes and standard payroll deductions.
