Service Sales Representative

The Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving new electrical service business for Piper Electric, a Crete United Company, across the Denver market. This is a growth-driven role responsible for acquiring new service customers across the full spectrum of light commercial through industrial facilities.This role requires not only strong sales capability, but the ability to draft, present, and execute service agreements and commercial terms with customers.Core Responsibilities Prospect and secure new electrical service customers across commercial and industrial marketsBuild relationships with facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and industrial operatorsIdentify and pursue service opportunities including maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and small projectsDevelop, write, negotiate, and execute Terms of Service agreements, service contracts, and maintenance agreementsOwn the sales process from initial contact through signed agreementPartner with service operations for customer onboarding and job executionGrow recurring service revenue through contract-based sellingMaintain accurate CRM data in SalesforceTrack pipeline and sales activity performanceProvide leadership with market intelligence and customer insightsRequired Experience3 years electrical service sales experience requiredAbility to draft, negotiate, and close service agreementsExperience with maintenance contracts, service agreements, or managed-service salesStrong understanding of electrical service operationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skillsHighly organized and self-directedCRM experience; Salesforce preferredProfessional-level business writing ability requiredCompensation & Benefits$85K - $110K base salary DOE with commission/incentive planFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, DisabilityPaid Time Off and Holidays401(k) with matchingHow to Apply: Apply directly through the job board where you found this posting (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter), or submit your application to careers@piperelectric.com All applications must be submitted through one of these platforms to be considered.Application Deadline: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and this posting will remain open until the position is filled.Crete United is an equal opportunity employer. Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
