- Leading business development efforts to expand commercial and business lending opportunities
- Managing and monitoring the commercial loan portfolio to ensure strong credit quality and risk management
- Conducting financial analysis and evaluating loan applications to make informed, policy‑aligned lending decisions
- Coaching, developing, and managing a high‑performing commercial lending team
- 10 years of lending experience, including 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience with commercial lending systems, credit analysis tools, financial statements, and cash‑flow evaluation
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to meet all internal and external compliance requirements; no clearance required
