Piper Companies is currently looking for a Sr. Maintenance Technician in Silver Spring, Maryland (MD) to work for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities for the Sr. Maintenance Technician include:
Sr. Maintenance Mechanic, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory, facilities, HVAC, mechanical systems, PLC, electrical, GMP
Responsibilities for the Sr. Maintenance Technician include:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems (BAS)
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on critical building infrastructure
- Respond to service requests, alarms, and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs, upgrades, and inspections
- 5 years of maintenance experience within GMP regulated pharmaceutical environments
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- EPA certification preferred
- Hourly rate is $40.00 - $45.00/HR dependent upon experience
