Sr. FP&A Manager (OneStream)

Piper Companies is hiring a Sr. FP&A Manager (OneStream) for a medical device company located in San Jose, CA. The Sr. FP&A Manager (OneStream) will be working on a OneStream implementation that went live in March 2025. The Sr. FP&A Manager (OneStream) will need to sit/live in Tempe, AZ. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the Sr. FP&A Manager (OneStream):

• Help and lead a OneStream System implementation
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize system performance
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reports
• Provide training and support to the FP&A team members
• Develop and implement system enhancements and upgrades
  
  

Requirements of the Sr. FP&A Manager (OneStream):

• 8 years of experience in FP&A at a public company with revenue of $500M
• 4 Years of experience with OneStream Administration
• Strong experience with Financial reporting using SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, Etc.
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  
  

Compensation for the Sr. FP&A Manager (OneStream):

• $150,000-$200,000
• Bonus
