Senior Infrastructure Engineer - 175950

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing enterprise technology team responsible for supporting, enhancing, and modernizing critical infrastructure platforms. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will operate as a senior technical resource and platform owner, taking solutions from initial planning and architecture through development, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow expertise, cloud development experience, and hands-on exposure to AI/LLM technologies, along with a strong background in enterprise infrastructure and data integration.

Responsibilities for the Senior Infrastructure Engineer Include:

• Serve as a Tier 3 technical resource and platform owner, driving infrastructure and integration initiatives from initial planning and architecture through development, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support cloud-based solutions across environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, while helping establish scalable cloud strategies and best practices.
• Manage and enhance data integration and enterprise infrastructure solutions, ensuring platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving technical and business needs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis across cloud, networking, hardware, software, and enterprise platform environments.
• Leverage AI, LLMs, Agentic AI models, and automation technologies to streamline manual processes, enhance existing workflows, and identify opportunities for greater operational efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications for the Senior Infrastructure Engineer Include:

• 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• ServiceNow expertise is required, preferred experience working within a large enterprise environment prior.
• Cloud development experience is required, with strong hands-on exposure to at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including development, enhancements, architecture, and implementation..
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, data integration, networking protocols, performance tuning, debugging, and hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to operate as a senior technical owner, independently navigating ambiguous technical challenges and driving solutions forward; experience in large enterprise environments and cloud or ITIL certifications are highly desirable.
  
  

Compensation for the Senior Infrastructure Engineer Includes :

• Salary range : $50-52/hr.
