Responsibilities of the Operations Associate role include:
- Managing all communications in a respectable and professional manner with clients when it comes to service and needs.
- Processing contract withdrawals, surrenders, ownership & beneficiary changes
- Responding in a quick and efficient manner when a client issue arises
- Maintain and improve client relations
- Supporting teammates and leadership to foster a collaborative environment
- Maintain knowledge of all products, explain to clients benefits of the products
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Communications, Psychology, History or relevant major.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team collaborative environment with a positive attitude.
- Salary: $41,600 - $45,000 per year USD
