Responsibilities for the Lead Finance Analyst include:
- Leading local budgeting and forecasting processes, including ownership of FMC P&Ls, CAPEX, and Net Working Capital.
- Creating and maintaining complex, dynamic financial models and analyses using MS Excel, SAP BPC, and SAP Cloud Analytics.
- Supporting fact‑based decision‑making through dynamic forecasting, sensitivity and scenario analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Conducting standard and ad hoc financial analysis related to volumes, pricing, product mix, cost of sales, net revenue impacts, COGS, and A&P spend.
- Developing and enhancing standardized financial reporting packages, including monthly reporting, month‑end estimates, and volume and net revenue flash reporting.
- Building unit‑level economic metrics and monitoring the financial impact of strategic initiatives on margin and ROI.
- Investigating and clearly explaining variances versus forecasts, plans, and prior periods, with actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze, model, and interpret complex financial data (SAP BPC/SAP analytics experience preferred).
- Demonstrated strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities through effective time management, organization, and project coordination.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross‑functional business environment.
- Ability to work at a computer for prolonged periods and perform light physical activity as required; must be at least 21 years of age.
- Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000
