Responsibilities of the Internal Communications Specialist:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support organizational initiatives and change management efforts.
- Create compelling written content including internal announcements, leadership messages, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Design and present visual communications such as graphs, infographics, and slide presentations to support internal campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
- Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Measure and analyze communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.
- 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to tailor messaging to diverse internal audiences.
- Experience developing visual assets including graphs, charts, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other content creation or design tools.
- Ability to provide a portfolio including writing samples, presentations, and visual communication examples.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
