- Monitor event performance, track engagement metrics, and analyze marketing ROI to support ongoing optimization.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience.
- Background in event marketing, branding, and audience engagement across both digital and traditional channels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management platforms like Monday.com is a plus.
- $60,000 base salary.
