Engagement Manager (Project Manager)

Piper Companies is currently seeking an Engagement Manager / Project Manager for an opportunity in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in leading client relationships and managing project teams, ensuring successful delivery from project inception through completion within complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities Of The Engagement Manager / Project Manager

• Lead and manage client and project team interactions, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally
• Define and assign project roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and efficiency
• Build and manage fully integrated project teams aligned with project goals
• Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements
• Oversee project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals
• Drive project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Identify and support new business opportunities and future project engagements
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering value to clients
  
  

Qualifications of the Engagement Manager / Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required
• 5–10 years of experience, ideally within healthcare architecture or related industry
• Proven experience in project management and client-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  
  

Compensation For The Engagement Manager / Project Manager

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
