Electrical SME (Pharmaceutical)

Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Electrical SME to support the design and construction of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Bloomington, Indiana.

Responsibilities For The Electrical SME

• Lead technical oversight of electrical systems throughout project lifecycle
• Review and approve designs, specs, and vendor packages
• Support construction, commissioning, and qualification (CQV) activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, NEC/NFPA/IEC codes, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot installation/startup issues and drive resolution
  
  

Qualifications For The Electrical SME

• 3 years in pharma/life sciences or other regulated industries
• Experience with new builds and processes
• Strong understanding of power systems, grounding, and controls integration
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering preferred
  
  

Compensation For The Electrical SME

• Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
• Long Term Contract (with strong possibility of extension)
