- Monitor and address data quality issues, collaborating with stakeholders and tracking resolution progress.
- Investigate and resolve root causes across data pipelines and systems, documenting corrective actions.
- Design, implement, and maintain data quality controls, validation processes, and dashboards.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across platforms.
- Convert business requirements into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data management, data quality, or data operations roles.
- Skilled in SQL with hands-on experience designing dashboards in Tableau.
- Experienced in creating data validation rules, exception handling workflows, and quality controls.
- Solid understanding of the full data lifecycle, including pipelines, ingestion processes, and system dependencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing documentation, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- Targeted Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 annually *depending on experience and qualifications*
