The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing delays and construction claims, and providing schedule reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This position is based in Greensboro, NC with travel to project sites as needed throughout the Eastern United States.

Responsibilities of the Project Scheduler include:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 throughout the construction lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to accurately reflect current project status
- Perform schedule analysis to identify critical path activities, delays, and potential project risks
- Review and analyze construction claims, schedule impacts, and delay documentation
- Support claims analysis and assist with schedule documentation for dispute resolution and expert witness engagements
- Prepare schedule reports, executive summaries, and project status updates for internal and client stakeholders
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain accurate project schedules
- Review subcontractor schedules and evaluate schedule performance against project milestones
- Identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines
- Participate in project meetings and communicate scheduling updates, risks, and recovery plans
- Support multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule accuracy and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5 years of construction scheduling experience supporting commercial, federal, healthcare, or institutional construction projects
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and construction sequencing
- Experience performing schedule analysis, delay analysis, and construction claims reviews
- Experience preparing project reports, schedule updates, and executive-level presentations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience collaborating with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Experience supporting construction claims, forensic scheduling, or expert witness engagements
- Experience with Time Impact Analysis (TIA), schedule recovery planning, and delay mitigation
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), federal, healthcare, or commercial construction projects
- Professional certifications such as PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), PMP, AACE, or CCM
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or additional project controls software
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
