Responsibilities of the Client Operations Associate include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries across phone, email, chat, and text
- Process account actions such as withdrawals, surrenders, and updates to ownership or beneficiaries
- Provide clear, accurate explanations of product features, contract benefits, and transaction procedures
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to complete call‑center simulation assessments
- $23.00 per hour
