Responsibilities for the Claims Operations Associate:
- Source long‑term temporary housing options, develop rental values, and prepare housing budget proposals for adjuster approval.
- Review lease details for accuracy, gather required landlord documentation, and manage signature routing for policyholders and landlords.
- Coordinate move‑in processes, including condition forms, key handoff, furniture orders, and communication with all parties.
- Submit funding requests to Accounting, ensure timely processing, and upload all housing documents into the CRM.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent follow‑up skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience interacting with claim adjusters, policyholders, landlords, real estate agents or experience in a customer‑service–driven role.
- Ability maintaining and updating accurate CRM records.
