Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Execute method transfer, verification, and validation protocols.
- Evaluate, analyze, and interpret analytical data and test results.
- Document laboratory activities, data, and results in accordance with SOPs, cGMP requirements, and data integrity guidelines.
- Prepare analytical methods, technical reports, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain laboratory equipment through routine calibration and upkeep.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including chemicals, supplies, and glassware.
- Support general laboratory organization and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- 1β3 years of analytical laboratory experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer healthcare, or related industry.
- Experience utilizing analytical techniques to support product development activities.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory instrumentation.
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and scientific documentation practices.
