Job Title: Volleyball Coach (Regional and National Teams)

Location: Corona, CA

Pipeline Volleyball Club is dedicated to developing young athletes by providing top-notch training and a supportive team environment. We offer opportunities for both entry-level and experienced coaches to grow and make a meaningful impact on our athletes’ journey.

What We Provide:

• Comprehensive Support and Feedback: Our coaches receive ongoing support and constructive feedback to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

• Private Training Opportunities: Coaches will have the chance to conduct private training sessions with Pipeline athletes.

• Coach Development Workshops: We offer regular workshops to ensure our coaches are expanding on skill knowledge/breakdown, developing drills, managing teams, and collaborating with fellow coaches.

• Coaching Opportunities: Regional teams, National teams, skills clinics, Academy clinics, and Summer Camps (seasonal)

Elite Volleyball Coach

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years as a head coach on a national club team and has qualified in the American division and up

OR

• 3-5 years as a head coach on a high school varsity level team, and 3-5 years as a head coach on a national club team, or assisted on a national club team that has qualified in the American division and up

OR

• Head coach on a club national level team at Pipeline and has assisted on a club national level team at Pipeline Volleyball Club that has qualified.

National Volleyball Coach

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years as a head coach on a club national level team

OR

• 1-3 years as a head coach at the JV or Varsity high school level, and 1-3 years as an assistant on a club national level team (team has attended national qualifiers)

OR

• Head coach on a regional team and assisted a national level team at Pipeline Volleyball Club for one season.

Regional Volleyball Coach

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of volleyball experience (playing high school, club, and/or collegiate)

OR

• 1-3 years coaching high school (any level) as a head or assistant coach

OR

• 1 year coaching Pipeline Academy

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
