Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and Swimming fundamentals
- Experience with Lifeguarding and implementing safety protocols in aquatic environments
- Familiarity with aquatic programs and strong knowledge of competitive swimming techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and coaching credentials (preferred)
- Ability to motivate swimmers and foster a positive, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience as a swim coach or competitive swimmer is an asset
