Location: Lehi, Utah
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Overview
As a Call Center Sales Coach, you will be responsible for developing, motivating, and improving the performance of a team of call center representatives. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, combining coaching, training, and accountability to maximize team production and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor call center sales representatives to improve conversion, compliance, and call quality
- Monitor calls, review performance metrics, and provide actionable feedback
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and team training
- Support new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development
- Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and performance initiatives
- Ensure team adherence to compliance standards and CRM documentation
- Drive team production, which directly impacts commission earnings
- This is a W-2 hourly position with commission based on the production and success of your team.
Internal Hiring Timeline & Eligibility Requirements
- This position is intended to be filled internally, with a target start timeframe of mid to late January.
- To be considered, internal applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:
- Consistently average 20 or more billable transfers per day
- Be in good standing, with no active corrective action related to attendance, production, quality, or compliance
- Demonstrate consistent performance and reliability over time
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee selection but is required to be eligible for consideration.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven leadership or coaching ability in a call center or sales environment
- Strong communication, feedback, and motivational skills
- Performance-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Comfortable analyzing metrics and coaching to numbers
- Highly organized and proficient with CRM and call center systems
Preferred:
- Previous call center sales coaching or team lead experience
- Insurance, financial services, or regulated sales experience
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Training & Support
- Paid, in-office training specific to our systems, products, and processes
- Ongoing leadership development and coaching support
