Role Description The Qualifying Insurance Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT. This position is responsible for engaging inbound and outbound prospects, asking structured qualifying questions, and confirming their eligibility and intent for insurance products before connecting them with licensed agents. The representative will accurately document interactions in internal systems, follow compliance guidelines, and use scripts and call frameworks to ensure high-quality, consistent client experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing call queues, meeting performance metrics for contact and qualification rates, collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize lead quality, and providing clear, professional communication to potential clients. The role also involves ongoing participation in training and coaching sessions to maintain compliance and continuously improve performance.

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay: $17.00 – $35.00 per hour (base pay bonuses incentives)
Position Overview
As a Qualifying Insurance Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients requesting insurance information
- Qualify clients based on their needs and connect them with licensed insurance agents
- Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system while following compliance procedures
This is a W-2 hourly position — not a commission-only or independent contractor role.
