Pipeline Integrity Resources (PIR) has secured 3 years of fiber work in Nevada, and we are seeking a Nevada Licensed HDD Foreman (A15 or A19 Required) to help us build and lead our Nevada operations.
This is not a temporary gig. This is an opportunity for the right person to step into a critical leadership role, oversee HDD operations, manage crews, and help establish long-term success in Nevada.
We are looking for someone who understands the responsibility that comes with leadership, quality work, and professional licensing — because this role matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and actively managing HDD fiber crews in the field
- Overseeing daily operations, production, safety, and quality
- Managing field execution and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly
- Coordinating crews, equipment, and project priorities
- Troubleshooting field issues and supporting successful project delivery
- Serving as a key field leader for Nevada operations
- Conveying and maintaining required Nevada licensing to support PIR operations as principal license holder
What We’re Looking For
Current Nevada A15 or A19 License Required — No Exceptions
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven HDD Foreman or leadership experience
- Strong fiber directional drilling experience
- Experience actively leading and managing crews
- A hands-on leadership style (this is not a desk role)
- Strong operational judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
- Ability to represent PIR professionally in the field
