Open Positions

1. Crew Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of flaggers on job sites

• Set up and maintain temporary traffic control (TTC) in accordance with MUTCD, state, and company standards

• Ensure crew safety and compliance with all protocols

• Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and company leadership

• Conduct pre-job safety briefings and complete field reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in traffic control

• ATSSA Flagger and TCT certifications preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

2. Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple crews and job sites across a geographic area

• Perform random site visits and safety audits

• Train and mentor crew leads and flaggers

• Address customer concerns and ensure contract compliance

• Submit daily activity and inspection reports to management

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in traffic control or field supervision

• ATSSA, or equivalent certifications required

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

3. Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ATSSA or equivalent training courses (Flagger, TCS, TCT, etc.)

• Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing safety training

• Maintain training records and issue certifications

• Ensure curriculum compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Support field audits and provide corrective coaching as needed

Qualifications:

• Certified ATSSA Instructor or equivalent (or willing to obtain certification)

• Prior field experience in traffic control preferred

• Passion for safety and professional development

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
