We operate out of a stunning design showroom in Berlin, MD, which we proudly share with our flooring partners, SeaFloor Hardwood & Carpet. Together, we offer clients a comprehensive, one-stop shop for home design. Our dedicated section of the showroom features three exceptional cabinetry lines—Marsh Furniture Company, Cabnova, and Springforest—alongside premium countertop selections like MSI Q, Cambria, and Silestone.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced dynamic, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our family business. You will drive company growth, manage showroom consultations, and elevate our brand presence across the Delmarva region. This individual will bridge the gap between initial client inspiration and project hand-off to our construction teams, providing elite, personalized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Consultations: Greet walk-in clients and scheduled appointments; expertly guide homeowners and contractors through our Marsh, Cabnova, and Springforest cabinet lines and premium countertop selections.
Lead Generation & Sales: Follow up on incoming inquiries, perform initial project consultations, qualify leads, and close remodeling contracts.
Co-Marketing Coordination: Collaborate closely with the SeaFloor Hardwood & Carpet team to leverage shared showroom traffic and run joint promotional or cross-referral efforts.
Digital & Local Marketing: Manage and update social media profiles, capture high-quality before/after photos of active job sites, and network within local real estate and coastal builder circles.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain clear communication with clients from their first showroom visit through the final design selection phase.
Qualifications & Skills
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen layout planning, premium cabinetry lines, or quartz countertops is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, consultative sales approach.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing social media platforms, basic photo editing tools, and CRM or project estimation software.
Localization: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit local job sites or community networking events.
