- Equipment Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical or electrical issues before they lead to equipment downtime.
- Inspections and Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools and techniques to assess equipment performance and recommend necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Preventive Maintenance: Maintain records of service schedules, repairs, and equipment performance data.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and industry best practices during all maintenance activities to create a secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or related fields preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the pipeline construction or similar heavy equipment industries.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools, including manual and power tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
