The Leaderman Role
To lead and coordinate projects as assigned in field and/or shop locations; to ensure that all procedures are followed and that all assigned employees are performing their duties as directed. The ideal candidate will have a high school education or the equivalent training, plus 5 years of related practical experience in supervising project activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Instructs and directs assigned personnel to work safely and efficiently and to follow established procedures.
- Coordinates assigned projects and work schedules with department foreman and/or superintendent.
- Recommends improvements in programs, procedures, schedules and personnel to increase job/project quality and efficiency in order to meet delivery dates.
- Supervises the progress of assigned jobs/projects each day to ensure safety and proper working conditions on job site.
- Maintains adequate records regarding time cards, materials, supplies and reports as required.
