The impact you’ll make
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success by installing residential and commercial heating and A/C systems, while coordinating with teammates to get the job done safely and exceptionally. You’ll help streamline company operations by providing detailed recording keeping for future service projects and you’ll have the chance to grow your career and skill set through best in class training and opportunities with our parent company, PipeDreams.
Salary & benefits
• Up to $40/hour based on experience/certifications
• Full time with overtime as necessary

Responsibilities
• Perform residential and commercial HVAC installations while delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness
• Through our best in class training, learn to take on more advanced projects
• Provide detailed record keeping and reporting for the benefit of customers and company operations
• Uphold the highest standards of safety for yourself, your teammates, and your customer
Requirements
• 3-5 years of recent and relevant residential install experience
