About the Role
Pipe Wrench is seeking highly motivated individuals to handle a wide range of HVAC installation and/or service tasks, ranging from diagnostic issues, completing repairs, and/or performing new installations. You will interact directly with customers, providing clear communication and excellent customer service while representing our company with professionalism. This role requires maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety and code requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (Installation and/or Service). (1 year for helpers)
- Must have own tools.
- Capable of maintaining a clean, organized and safe job site.
- Maintain a well inventoried truck.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to meet or exceed set KPI’s.
- Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work either independently or with a team.
- HVAC certifications and licenses are a strong plus.
