Pipe Fab is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant provides cross‑functional administrative and data‑entry support to Materials, Purchasing, Operations, Project Submittals, and Project Management. Responsibilities shift throughout the year based on operational demands. Pipe Fab is looking for someone who is an energetic, self-starter.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & System Support
· Enter and maintain accurate project, material, purchasing, and job data
· Maintain logs, trackers, and operational reports
· Verify data accuracy prior to submission or release
Materials & Purchasing Support
· Assist with material tracking and receiving documentation
· Organize purchase orders, packing lists, and vendor records
· Support resolution of incomplete or missing material documentation
Project Submittals & Documentation
· Assist with assembly of project submittals and documentation packages
· Organize drawings, specifications, and material records
· Track submittal status and support follow‑up
Operations & Project Management Support
· Provide administrative support to Operations and Project Managers
· Assist with scheduling, meetings, and status updates
· Maintain organized project folders and logs
General Administrative Support
· File, scan, and retain digital and physical records
· Support front‑office and coordination needs as required
· Assist with special projects and workload surges
Qualifications
Required
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1–3 years of administrative or data‑entry experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and NAV.
· Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred
· Experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
· Familiarity with material tracking or project documentation
· Exposure to ERP or industry‑specific systems

· Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
