PIPCO is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to assist our Service Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be organized. Duties include assisting with quotes, invoicing, and general secretarial tasks. Must have competent computer skills with proficiency in web portals, MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Service Trade and SAGE Construction a plus. Salary dependent on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
