- Sew turnout gear in accordance with job specifications.
- Effectively maintain and operate a sewing machine.
- Must be able to follow supervisor instruction to meet delivery deadlines by working with the team to ensure products are made correctly and of good quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in sewing area.
- Must be able to meet sewing productivity and quality targets for the cell.
- Must be able to follow supervisor, safety and work instructions.
- Must be able to read work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Must adhere to company behaviors and follow company rules and policies.
- May be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs using correct lifting techniques.
- Standing, sitting, walking, bending, and folding as needed.
- May be required to work mandatory OT as needed both Friday and/or Saturday.
- Must be able to work well in a team setting and exhibit a positive attitude.
