As an Industrial Maintenance Controls Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of controls systems in our industrial facilities. Schedule: Night shift 2/2/3

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, which includes tasks like troubleshooting malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, calibrating equipment, and ensuring proper operation of automated machinery by working with sensors, actuators, pneumatic systems, controllers, and related components, often utilizing knowledge of PLC programming and electrical schematics to diagnose and resolve issues; they may also collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades or modifications.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they cause disruptions.
- Troubleshoot plant equipment problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Minimum of five 5 years of experience as a Controls Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Experience working in a multi-craft industrial manufacturing or similar environment with experience as a control technician, electrician and or mechanic is required.
- Other industrial Maintenance backgrounds would be considered as well.
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, troubleshooting, pipe fitting, and installation will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to use CMMS to perform PMs and report on plant issues.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification would be a plus.
- PLC trainings and or certifications
- Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related field would be a plus.
- Preferred Ten (10) years of experience as a Controls Industrial Maintenance Technician
